Daly Wellness LLC also provides customised videos tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual client.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Cait is an extremely creative trainer who will have all the necessary equipment to provide a fun and effective training session. Any addition equipment that you may have in your home is a welcome bonus.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Yes. Training and Nutrition are two separate services that come with their own price plan. This allows clients to specifically chose what service they want to follow whether it be a single service of a combination. Cait personally designs both the fitness and nutrition plans so they are tailor-made for each client. One size does not fit all!
